The Firebird | Clic | Mariachi
The Lexington Opera House February 10-11th, 2023
The Firebird – A timeless classic tale of good and evil composed in 1910 by Igor Stravinsky and choreographed by Michel Fokine for Sergei Diaghilev’s Ballet Russes company. The firebird has landed again to defeat the evil forces of Kachei in this lavish production by The Lexington Ballet
Clic – “The Story of Humanity” Have you ever imagined you are a character in a video game? Clic is our version of the story of humanity viewed from this perspective.
Mariachi – This is the story of Maria, a young Mexican woman that struggles to get to the USA searching for a better future; probably similar to that of millions of immigrants around the world that are forced to leave their home land. The energetic music of the Mariachi proposes an ambiance that perfectly suits the portrait of a culture so far away and yet so close to us.
