Summer Intensive

Join Lexington Ballet for our summer intensive as we partner with dancers from Deauville, France. Intermediate and advanced ballet dancers ages 14-30 will take morning technique class followed by a full day or rehearsals in preparation for a gala performance at Gatton Park. Learn repertoire for classical ballets as waell as choreography by artistic director Kevin Jenkins, known for his stylistic and musical movement. This collaboration with our French sister city will be an experience to remember.

Dancers must submit two video samples: one minute of classical movement and one minute of contemporary movement. Dancers with a sufficient level in both will be accepted and will dance and perform alongside Lexington Ballet company members.
